Basic information on creating advertisements and making contact

• The general rule:

  Place your ad in the location where you or your band are located or in the location for which you are looking for suitable musicians or bands. Your ad will appear in the selected location and in the category and can also be found throughout Europe using a filter or proximity search. Only place your ad once. Ads duplicates are not allowed. This also includes advertisements that, despite being different, contain the same request.

  Summarize your search in an ad and use a headline that clearly describes it.

  Only use your own photos and text.

  Write your ads in German or English. For ads in other languages, please add an English translation. (Please post your ad in German or English or at least include an English translation.)

• The following is not allowed:

  A link to an internet site may only be mentioned in the text of the advertisement or in a message if this serves as further information for the search offered by mukken.

  The specification of a website in the ad text or via message is also not permitted if:

  - the content of which violates legal regulations or morality

  - the operator of the website does not agree with the link

  - this leads to auctions, classified ads or general offers from mukken's competitors or so-called URL shorteners are used

  The indication of contact data such as e-mail addresses, Instagram account, Skype name, telephone number, etc. in the description text.

  Switching pure advertising for websites, portals or companies

  Keyword spam, i.e. the accumulation of keywords with no direct connection to the ad

  Posting personals and activities with a sexual background

  It is not permitted to insert nude or pornographic images in advertisements.

  Please pay attention to the formulation of the ad text and avoid inappropriate language, abuse, warnings, notes or calls.

  A paid advertisement that violates the principles or the terms of use of mukken or legal regulations or the rights of third parties will be deleted. If paid ads are removed from the site due to a violation, the ad fees will not be refunded.

• The following also applies specifically to providers:

  Offer a specific offer or a specific service. The offer or service must be clearly described in the headline and ad text.

  Only offer services that you can perform yourself.

  Provide a realistic price.

  The same user or business may only place ads using a mobile phone number. However, it is permitted to use a private and a commercial account. In this case, the same user can register for two mobile numbers.
